The general customer service are ok. From a business perspective the F&M business account model [ fyi franklin link ] , fees , convenience, usefulness, ease of use, it's really under par versus regular expected online banking in 2023. I would not recommend unless they seriously re vamp that whole system. Unless you just have hours to waste to complete simple tasks and operation. This is one of the slowest drive through banks ever
Called all day (no less than 30 times) for 2 days and got no answer. Tried every published number. Communication is horrible. Still trying to get through to anyone.
