Just wanted to say that the upper management has today off for the snow because they can "work" from home. However, ones that are not upper management have to report to work putting themselves and others at risk on the roads. Shame on you!! You all are prime examples of greed and not caring about employees.
The general customer service are ok. From a business perspective the F&M business account model [ fyi franklin link ] , fees , convenience, usefulness, ease of use, it's really under par versus regular expected online banking in 2023. I would not recommend unless they seriously re vamp that whole system. Unless you just have hours to waste to complete simple tasks and operation.
