I called Brad because I was looking at a used Hewitt lift from a 3rd party and he was listed as an authorized dealer on Hewitt's website. Even thought I was not shopping Brad's inventory, he took time to educate me on what to look for when purchasing a lift and some factors to consider. I was in a better position to shop and know what I was buying after my conversation with him. Thanks for your time and help Brad!
