Was new to the whole pool maintenance thing, if it had not been for F M pool the learning curve would have been steep! They have advised me on several filtration modifications that did not directly profit them. Because of all their help I’ve become a loyal customer for all my supplies!

They don't even deserve a star. I March they were supposed to come clean the pool called several times and was told they would come. After 3 weeks they finally showed up. At the end of May finally got the bill. They charged me for two cleanings when they only showed up once. When I called to inquire about the charge I was told there wasn't any charges on my account. I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 YEARS. LATELY THEY HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY CARELESS AND NON PROFESSIOINAL. I HAVE WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR A CLEANING AND HAVE YET TO SHOW UP SO I DECIDED TO DROP THEM ALTOGETHER. THE OWNER IS EXTEMELY FIESTY, IF YOU GO ONE MONTH WITHOUT PAYING YOUR SERVICE IS PUT ON HOLD. SOME OF THEIR CREW IS LAZY AND WILL ONLY DO WHAT THEY HAVE TO. I HAD TO RECALL THEM MANY TIMES FOR THE POOR JOB DONE OF CLEANING THE POOL!!!!
