Wow! I had the Lymphatic drain and body contouring with Wendy, and it was AMAZING! I completed the service with the infrared sauna blanket and startled myself when I woke myself up with a jolt. It was that relaxing. I feel great and looking forward to fitting better into my dress for a wedding this weekend. Wendy was fantastic!
Mona's room was very relaxing, clean, and calming. The music so soothing and I loved the touch of heated blanket on today's cold morning. My deep tissue massage was amazing. I came in my legs and feet hurt to walk and climb steps. Mona's technique of breaking up the fascia to the point that the pain I felt before was gone. My legs no longer feel heavy but rejuvenated and relaxed. I feel like a brand new person.
I’ve received massages from Mona, Wendy, Dave, and Elizabeth, and all four are truly amazing. Each therapist has their own unique style, which I really appreciate depending on what my body needs. If you’re anything like me and your nervous system tends to stay in overdrive, this is such a great place to go for a mental, physical, and emotional reset. I’m especially thankful for Wendy after my massage today. She did an incredible job and I left feeling so much better.
Mona is THE BEST massage therapist hands down! I have tried multiple other therapists, but no one matches what she is capable of! If you’re looking for true deep tissue and someone to work out all of your issues, look no further! You won’t be disappointed!
