WE HAVE WAITED 3 DAYS TO HAVE OUR AC FIXED. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS AT NOON TODAY. THEY ARE 4 HOURS LATE. 2 SENIORS AND A DIABETIC LIVING IN A TOWNHOUSE THAT HAS BEEN AND STILL IS 86 DEGREES F. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
