F&M is a fantastic bank with very friendly people behind the counter and in every department. They provide exceptional service no matter how simple or complicated the request!

You want me to contact the number you gave me so you can tell me in private you still can't or want help me. No thank you I really don't feel like being turned down again but when I do feel like being turned down I'll call you. I was with 1 bank over 17 years and they acted fools and had to leave. Now this bank we've been with 7 or 8 years. They are so tv starting to treat me like garbage. So my full understanding is f&m bank can make money from me every month and treat me like nothing while my family needs air conditioning ... read more

I haven’t had any problems with this bank. Very friendly helpful staff makes me feel appreciated especially the one on Jake Alexander and the one in Rockwell and Granite Quarry. I use to be at a national bank where I was just a number. I like the home town feel of F&M Bank.

This bank used to be great but now they’re greedy. Will be changing banks.
