Springfield branch doesn't want Volunteer bank business. Volunteer customers change back to Volunteer or get a new bank. Unnecessarily rude & judgemental, & condescending. Also, if your checking account had overdraft coverage at Volunteer, you no longer have at F&M. Update: yes the best place is VSB Goodletsville. You'll get the same great service you received at VSB springfield. Also has better operating hours & super friendly.
