Springfield branch doesn't want Volunteer bank business. Volunteer customers change back to Volunteer or get a new bank. Unnecessarily rude & judgemental, & condescending. Also, if your checking account had overdraft coverage at Volunteer, you no longer have at F&M.

Closing a bank on Black Friday? IT IS NOT a national holiday. People have rent, and checks to deposit for the holidays. You cannot close a bank just because you feel like it, you are peoples only line to financial transactions.
Went to open a checking account and everyone was too busy to help me.
