If a Bank is going to have an appl, on-line banking and no after hours Customer Service.What do you call that? I call it poor C/S. A C/S line needs to be active longer than banking hours. The time should be til 9 or midnight wk days an all day or til midnight Sat, Sun and holidays. That is when most people are home.0
