Applied for an account, got declined. Can't tell me why though. Emailed me a letter with a number to call.. called them, cant tell me why either, gave me a 3rd number to call..... called them, cant tell me why either.... gave me a 4th number to call which is "check systems" to get a copy of a report that was used to determine if I could open an account (savings, mind you. I was new to banking when I started. They have helped me work threw problems and kept my bank account in order as well as varying purchases and identifying possible fraudulent activity. I was overall satisfied with this bank and do recommend it.
