Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. The employee was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked about replacing my windshield. He did not treat me with respect, and when I called to discuss the issue, he simply hung up on me. Poor customer service and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this shop.
Unprofessional, aggressive and very rude
Very disappointing experience. I made an appointment twice to replace my windshield, and both times my time was wasted. On the second visit, the employee was very aggressive and disrespectful, telling me to go home instead of properly helping me. He also said he was cheaper than other shops, but being cheaper is no excuse for treating customers this way. I would not recommend this shop. Unprofessional disrespectful

Shout out loud to Fm auto sales and glass for getting my windshield fixed before it would need to be replaced. In and out timely manner which is much appreciated! Highly recommend !!
