Charged for blower motor resistor that was replaced 3 times and never worked. Was told it was an electrical problem and that I can not get a refund. Went somewhere else had the blower motor resistor replaced and have had no issues since.
Went there a couple times for repair they get it done but the customer service isn't really good, doesn't really explain once its time for check out- I usually have to ask- doesn't really tell you the total unless you ask, Im sure my repairs were over priced. Just not the easiest to talk to when you want to ask questions.
Local businessman should focus on community respect rather than using their platform to berate citizens who care about the future of St. Francis. Our family and friends will be taking our vehicles from now on to other auto repair shops in St. Francis that actually care about and respect their customers
Best mechanic this side of the Mississippi! Great service, honest, fair prices! Been taking my vehicles here for years.
