Employees said they could install an android Auto off of Amazon for me, booked the appointment and paid a 100$ deposit for install and the next day the manager cancelled the order after I was assured that it would not be a problem that it was an Amazon product. Turns out store policy says no Amazon products, guess they want me to buy their product instead. Not happy.

From sales to delivery to setup, the service was excellent. Harsh answered all our questions and I was pleased Harsh spoke to both of us, not just the one asking the questions. Very thoughtful and appreciated. A delivery date and time was set, and we were called 20 minutes before delivery. Joshua and his competent partner completed the setup, installed an extra app for us and tested everything to make sure it was all okay. We purchased a JBL soundbar and could not be happier with our purchase. The salesperson who helped us was, Harsh, was very knowledgeable, he guided us to which soundbar would work best for our needs. I highly recommend FM Audio.
