I was a little skeptical when a new company took over the storage facility where we keep our RV. However, after working with their customer service supervisor and the site manager, I've been very happy. They've been extremely helpful, gone above and beyond to make the transition smooth, and have been very helpful. Overall, I'm very happy with both the service and the facility.
