Really solid spin studio with some strong instructors, good equipment, and nice facilities. Plenty of parking in the back lot. It can be a little hard to find, as it is in the back end of the complex. Great workout in a good atmosphere.
Wonderful. Amandah is the best instructor. All of the customers here are wonderful too.
Simply put- the best! I love this place! The instructors and staff are wonderful and the workout is my favorite. I wish I could do it everyday!
Great cycle class! The instructor and front desk staff was super welcoming and the workout kicked my butt.
