Absolutely horrible service. Manipulated an inquiry to say I made a claim. That is not true at all. I did not do any claim thru the insurance company. Then they dropped me to say I had the wrong roof installed and manipulated that I was suppose to tear off the entire roof and install another roof for another $20,000 when I had a new roof installed in 2020. Then they lied to me on top of all that about they do not insure homes that are for sale. Worst insurance company ever. I will be writing reviews on Facebook BBB and many ... read more
