We had a 5th birthday party there today. The kids all had so much fun. The staff was so accommodating and made it so easy to have the party there. Communication ahead of the day was really great too. They set the room up so nicely for us and I wasn’t expecting that at all. Overall, great experience and would have another party there in a heartbeat.
Staff truly amazing couldn't say enough I was struggling getting children to leave stepped in helped thank you .
I asked what was included before paying. They said all in "sock" area. Wrong. Almost all, but 1 climbing area require children to be 5 years old and 120cm.
We had our sons birthday party here and the team was welcoming and very organized. The snacks and pizza provided were great. The space was clean and everything ran on time. I would recommend this for other families thinking of booking a birthday party here.
We had my son's 5th birthday party at Flyoland Nanaimo and it was a huge success. It was so nice to just show up and not have to plan or organize anything. Everything ran smoothly. The kids enjoyed the food and had a blast, and the adults were able to relax and socialize knowing the kids were safely contained. I would highly recommend this venue for a birthday party.
