We had a wonderful experience with FlyNYON! Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. They also explained everything very well. Prioritized our safety and the reason behind weighing each person matters in making sure that the helicopter was balanced. The staffs putting on harnesses were very polite and fun making the experience comfortable. They also made sure to put the safety videos to practice. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending over $2,160 for four people ($540 each) on what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I feel others should know what to expect. We specifically booked the 30-minute doors-off sunset flight because we wanted the iconic sunset views and the guaranteed “shoe selfie” photos that FLYNYON advertises.
