Firma w pełni profesjonalna a pracownicy kompetentni. Czas oczekiwania na lot spędziliśmy w przyjaznym miejscu, gdzie była możliwość zapoznania się ze sprzętem, rozrywki, napicia się kawy itp. Toalety czyste, było nawet miejsce na przewinięcie dziecka. Sam lot był wspaniałym przeżyciem, pilot sympatyczny fajnie opowiadał o tym co widzimy. Został mały niedosyt, że nie lecieliśmy niżej i bliżej wieżowców, ale i tak otrzymaliśmy doskonałą dawkę emocji. Serdecznie polecamy, fajna atrakcja dla każdego, włącznie z dziećmi :)

The helicopter ride was a unique and exciting experience, but there were several things that took away from the overall enjoyment. First, the staff at the entrance weren’t very warm or welcoming. Then, we were told that upgrades — like extending the flight time or having the doors open — required extra payment from everyone in the group, even if only one person wanted the option.
