My boyfriend bought me this experience for my 21st birthday, on arrival we were greeted by 2 men on front desk who were very warm and welcoming! I was very nervous but also excited at the same time, we originally had only booked the 15 minutes package, however we got given a deal on the day to extend it to 30 minutes for a good price so we decided to go with this. Title: Weather Cancellation + Voucher Expiration Experience I originally purchased two tickets with FlyNYON. Due to weather cancellation, the flights were converted into vouchers. The issue arose when attempting to rebook. I contacted the company on 2/16, before the stated expiration date of 2/17, to request rebooking. I have timestamped proof of this.
