I had an appointment at the Grove City Flynn’s tire on 9/10 at 2pm to get a new valve stem put on my tire. I arrived at 2pm and realized at 3pm that my Jeep had never been moved. I had to leave to pick my children up at school and inquired about it and they said they would be pulling it in shortly. I told them I had to leave. He said ok with no apology or explanation. I will not be returning to your place of business and will be sure to tell my coworkers and friends about the poor service I received. Laura Stull
RecommendedI was traveling, and had a flat tire. I am from Indiana. I had no clue of where to go. My daughter called them and asked if we could bring the car in. They got us in and out very fast so I could get back on the road again. They even let me bring my dog into the building while we waited for the repairs. Prices where great! If I lived around this area I would take all my business to them.
Our car over heated as we were traveling midway through a family trip on 79. Called Flynn's and they said to bring it right over. They gave us some great advice and after a quick purchase of a new radiator cap and anti-freeze refill they graciously and generously did a safety check to ensure we would be able to continue our trip. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. There are many places that could have taken advantage of our situation, but they did not. Our appreciation to Ed and the guys
The service is excellent. All the employees are kind and go the extra mile to help you. I will continue to go there and recommend them highly.
Fast service and nice people! I was in the area for business, 2 hours away from home when my headlight went out. I replaced the bulb but it wasn’t working still. Mike helped me right away when I got there, it was an easy fix but I know nothing about cars so it was greatly appreciated!
