I do not trust Mr. Flynn and have good reason not too.
Scott Terry and Builder Aaron were exceptional. The entire process was transparent and very professional. They were highly communicative and remained available for concerns and updates throughout the entire process. I considered buying a Flynn home to be built on my lot in Buffalo Ridge. They told me I would have to sign over ownership of my lot while it was being built. No way. More importantly I watched them build homes on Molina Bridge which is unpaved in Pace Florida. They have accepted absolutely no responsibility for the flooding they have caused by building on a red dirt road with no drainage. Why would anyone buy those homes? We love our new home quality built, beautiful layout and the team is so willing to help. Rod our superintendent was incredible, he was so accommodating and helpful since we did this whole build basically remote. I can't say enough about this guy and the best part is he also loves the Dallas Cowboys.
