First off, big shout out to Scott Terry, who made our dream come true with our Luciano build. From start to finish, everything we asked for and changes we requested were accommodated. Everyone at FlynnBuilt was great to work with. Rod was great at our walk thru he answered my questions before I could ask them. After you own your home for a year and you have a question they will not answer the phone, if you leave a message they won't call you back. We had problems with the concrete in the garage, the sidewalk and driveway has large cracks and they told us that was normal. They wouldn't do anything about it. They do not stand behind their warranty. I have provided proof from 3 different plumbing and septic companies including their choice of the subcontractor that installed the septic system, that the leach field has failed. They refuse to fix the issue or even look at the proof. They have never sent a qualified company to look into the failing leach field. Only been in our home a month and everyday there’s a different issue. Some we put in a warranty, somethings we fix ourselves. It’s ridiculous from cracked cabinets to drywall imperfections. Moisture issues, drainage problems, irrigation issues, wind blew the paneling from the roof due to poor workmanship. Bad flooring install. The first week HVAC system caught on FIRE and still doesn’t work well. If I don’t get any action, it will not end well.
