If you’re looking for an attorney who does absolutely nothing while getting paid, Zach is your guy. If want an attorney who doesn’t fight for his client, doesn’t return calls or emails for days, Zach is your guy! He was absolutely useless for almost a year, wasn’t prepared for trial, and had no concern for father’s rights. Stay clear of this guy!
Have been client of Mark Smith for a few years now and wouldn't trust anyone but him. He is always upfront and honest and prepares me for every scenario. If I email him he is very good about getting back to me and just knows how to calm down his client and keep them leveled headed. Always prepared and had proper paperwork...Highly recommend
