Dr Flynn and his office staff are outstanding.He is thorough and knowledgeable.We tried another office because of a “discount” and regretted it.No upselling and easy to deal with.Highly recommend!
The receptionist Michelle is INCREDIBLY RUDE. I needed to reschedule a second time unfortunately and she started drilling me demanding to know WHY I needed to reschedule…then told me it’s best I go elsewhere! I have never been spoken to this way by any business. A shame because Dr.Flynn was very nice and thorough during my first exam and my family have been seeing him for over a decade. One of the staff here is incredibly rude. Not all because there’s one very nice lady who helped me with my first appt but this other lady (working 1/21 3:30pm) told me flat out to go elsewhere due to me having to reschedule twice. I know it’s frustrating (for both parties) but things happen. To feel on edge to call, she basically drilled me demanding to know WHY. I have never been spoken to this way by any business.
