Really good, hard-working, smart guy Dan Flynn. He came on the recommendation of someone who works on our property and exceeded my expectations. He addressed a leak in our utility room, asked for pictures in advance, so that he could bring likely parts. Fixed it on the spot, charged us a fair price. Recently came and gave us good advice on a roof leak situation. Did a temporary patch piece of work gratis to tide us over until we get the more permanent fix implemented.
Great job on our roof and gutters! Reliable!!!
