Incredibly unsafe aggressive driver. Driver was driving to Chilliwack on highway 1 on Wednesday at 430pm est on September 24th. I believe part of his plate was KP5, was hard to see due to his constant lane changes. He was tailgating aggressively (he cut the person off behind me and was right on my bumper, if I braked, we both would be dead all due to him).
