I attended a family memorial lunch last year in Midland. The Flying Trout Caterer was hired to cater the event. All the out of state and local guests were gathered There following the funeral, but the Flying Trout Caterer was not! The immediate family was so very upset on what was already a very hard day. The Flying Trout Caterer was one hour late showing up. All the guests gathered but no food, no caterer. The family had to call and they ended up arriving an hour late.
