I had a terrible experience with them. They didn't show up on time for the estimate and didn't show up at all the day of the job but sent me a bill for a job never done. Very unprofessional. Makes me wonder if all those good reviews are from their real customers.
HOMEOWNERS BEWARE: I used Flying Squirrel 3 years ago and was happy with them so I hired them to remove two trees in my mom's backyard. Rick came and gave me an estimate and the price was fair so I hired them again. The day of the job my 85 year old mother called me in tears and said that Rick was acting unprofessional and she overheard him talking to his crew about filing a homeowners insurance claim with her insurance. Ricky and team were on time, professional and did an amazing job. We had a dead tree removed, fire cleanup of dead branches, and shaping of a small oak.
