We were really excited to visit, but unfortunately the cleanliness was quite disappointing. There was noticeable debris on the floors, including dust bunnies, trash, crumbs, and even used bandaids. It was also quite busy with several birthday parties, and while walking past the party area with my son, I noticed an unattended table with items like a knife and a lighter left out. That raised some safety concerns for me. I hope the team can improve cleaning and supervision.
My 4yo loves this place. Great when not busy and wait until pass sale around Xmas
Hosted my son's 5th birthday party there and it was such an easy, carefree experience. The party hosts do a great job of taking care of everything so you can focus on your family! Everyone had a great time.
