Not safe. The 'safety' nets in the gym area are tearing at the bottom and it's so humid it's hard to breathe. There's no ventilation. The floors were wet and when was the last time they cleaned the area!
My kid got lost playing in the playground section and they made her stand outside the gate crying for us because “she didn’t have the right wristband on” for that section. As I collect our things to leave because what kind of children’s playground kicks out a child without a parent?!? I then walked past 3 managers and 4 employees talking about how passive aggressive I handled the situation? This is what happens when you let incompetent teenagers run a business.
