I took my 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yrs) here for a birthday party and I was so disappointed. It was extremely overcrowded, boots and jackets scattered the entrance. We waited over 10 minutes in line even though there were only two families ahead of us. Despite making it clear to the cashier that it was our first time, I wasn't given any directions for the birthday check-in or toddler areas but was told to "find them around" even after specifically asking.
