Quit scamming customers, and have a customer service line not a fax maching
I went to the "Express Wash" this morning at 11:45 (although my receipt says 12:45!). I paid $5 on my credit card, pulled into the wash stall, the machine covered my car in soap and I sat there for 4 minutes waiting for the wash and....NOTHING!!!! I ended up having to spray my car off manually. If I had wanted to do that I wouldn't have gone to an automatic car wash! I tried to call Flying Pig but all I got was a fax machine! I WANT my $5.00 back!!!
