The way the staff treated my cousin here was unacceptable. His truck had broken down and clearly couldn’t move, yet instead of offering help or even basic understanding, the staff chose to yell at him and harass him. On top of that, their behavior and language came across as racist, which is something no customer should ever experience anywhere.
