OMG, seriously—what's wrong with you? I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but charging customers for every tea bag and then an additional 50¢ for the cup after they've already bought the tea bag? What kind of management decision is that? This used to be one of my favorite truck stops for a long time, but today was definitely my last visit. It's not because I can't afford to pay $3 for a cup of tea. It's because this kind of policy shows the attitude you have toward your customers, and that's disappointing.

Just parked my rig for a pit stop, and I'm treating myself to some squeaky clean clothes and a shower - the facilities are spotless and line-free, bonus! However, skip the pre-made grub unless you enjoy the distinct flavor of stale oil, especially on that chicken and those potato wedges, yuck! When I tried to swap out my questionable cheeseburger for a fresh one, the manager gave me the old 'if it's open, it's untouchable' line - apparently that's a thing now, go figure, oh well!
