April 10,2023 paid for reserve parking and low and behold 2 trucks park in no parking zone in front of me and several other trucks complained at counter and was told security would handle it did not see security all night woke to leave next morning both trucks still parked there luckily truck beside me had left and I could get out I will never pay for reserve parking at pilot or flying j again I'll just park on an off ramp wouldn't let me give a zero rating
