There was no one waiting when I pd for mine, but the 4 showers were full. The worker told me when someone came out, I would be next. After 30 minutes n ask the showers emptied, I had to go get someone to clean. The rooms are small, n the only place to lay things is on or in the sink. Lots of hooks tho. The water is hot, the head is adjustable but all have hard pressure. Even turning the head away from the entry, the floor gets very wet. There's no time limit either. The cashier was very nice.
