Pretty disappointed with this car wash. Multiple bays were closed off, the place was dirty, and the vacuums didn’t work ,even after switching bays because the first one was down (having to pay 2x). Tried reaching out for a refund to the listed number, but couldn’t get anyone to respond.
Most of the vacuums don't work, and the ones that do are very weak. This place has gone downhill really quickly. Looks like there's a homeless person living in the building and none of the machines take coins anymore and you never know what they're going to charge you. I don't know why I come here sometimes. I end up, leaving without washing my car at all or doing anything. Had a problem with one machine and called the phone number, no answer never called back. Then the system charged me over $30 for the time at the broken station and station I had to switch to. Basically trying to scam people because it doesn’t really tell you how it’s going to charge you. DO NOT GO HERE, rip off!
