Not sure if it was the owner or not but old Persian Mediterranean guy was very rude. Tried to overprice me because I’m a girl then repeatedly asked if I had a boyfriend so that he could help me instead. Overpriced rates for a job done in less than 3 hours. He wanted me to leave my car as if it wouldn’t be done in the same day. If someone is paying under the table I definitely do not recommend coming here or he will scam you. Great. My car was done in the agreed time frame and brought to my job ready to go. The repair work was great. Highly recommended.
Don’t waste your time. Their only good reviews are from 6+ years ago- all of their recent service has been poor, overpriced and not customer friendly. Good luck trying to get a hold on the owner after he’s taken your money and given a bad job. Trust the critical reviews.
I went to flying colors and unfortunately had to deal with terrible customer service. The manager had an attitude, and when they agreed to do the work I was presented with a disgustingly overpriced charge. After I brought attention to this, the manager Eraj got upset with me even though In the end, paid the bill. For anyone considering going here, it is not worth it.
For $1500 this body shop is a total rip off. The owner is very unprofessional and wishy-washy. The painter does terrible work for the price. Do not support this business; there are plenty of other local Savannah body shops that deserve your money.
