We were very curious about The Flying Boat. Went out Sunday. Tried all kinds of plates and were totally impressed. Having 2 chefs in the family makes it fun. EVER plate was exceptional. Presentation, flavors, uniqueness everything! We are planning on coming back. No wonder it's always full! My favorites were the Brie plate and the Shrimp with rice. Good variety of desserts. The flan was a little hard but flavor was good. Service was awesome and I loved the decorations. A must go restaurant in Ocala.
We love to eat at the Flying Boat Tap Room! The food is delicious with many items on the menu. They have the best and largest selection of craft beer!
