I hate to give a bad review, but I learned my lesson and I will not use this agency ever again due to the following reasons: 1- They promised to provide Hajj belt & slippers, but they didn’t. I had to get my own. 2- They are disorganized, and everyone did their Unmrah on their own. 3- There is no guide. So if you don’t know Hajj/Unmrah etiquette, good luck.
