This “business” will not stop charging us a monthly fee for a wash plan that we haven’t used in nearly a year. We keep calling, but they keep charging. This company is a bunch of thieves who will do anything for a dollar. Months of disputing charges. We don’t even live in Ohio anymore but the owner of this company thinks it’s okay to continue stealing our money. P A T H E T I C B U S I N E S S AVOID!!!

I don't live in the area but was driving by and decided to stop here to get my car washed, to get the salt off. After the car wash, which did a good job, I stopped in the drying/vacuum area and went inside to get some rags to wipe my car down and they charge a $4 fee to use their rags. They call it an "exchange fee." If I would have known that I'd went to another carwash down the road that offered free rags to wipe down your car. Buyer beware.
