What a failed car wash place. They ALWAYS have issues with the gate and losing people's account information, forcing them to buy a new one (scam behavior). They refuse to fix the technology issues, then blame the customer. This place used to be good but it's going down hill fast which is a shame. Spend some money, fix the issues and quit scamming. If managment or the CEO reads this, don't reply with a generic BS response and actually own up to your mistakes or shut this location down.
I have the monthly ceramic pass and im disappointed in the lack of cleaning it does. I still had bugs on my windshield after I left and dirty down both sides of my truck. Not very good for the expense. If we had a Mike's car wash here I would definitely use them
