This was so much fun! The instructor was great and helped me along. They were very safe in following covid-safe practices by spacing people out, using fans and filters, and sanitizing everything.
Have been taking my toddler to melody makers, and we really injoy going every week!
Great, new fitness place in Botetourt.
Love taking classes at flyfit! Everyone is so nice and friendly. All instructors have a little bit of a different style and every class is a little different. Love the variety of the classes. Working out has never been so fun! If you haven't taken a class before I strongly recommend giving it a try!
