I'm a loyal customer and usually frequent the Blacklick location, which always delivers an amazing experience. My recent order from this location, however, was not up to the usual standard. My order was wrong, and the overall taste was different—it didn't have the great flavor I've come to expect. This was a letdown, especially since I was serving it at a party. I hope this feedback helps you maintain the high quality I know you're capable of.
The food and customer service was good.
Ordered a pizza and Stromboli today at 4pm and it was no joke the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was literal perfection. And that’s a big deal because nothing is good anymore it seems. Keep up the good work guys— I’ll be ordering every week now!!!
