Such an amazing gym, they really know how to not only physically prepare, but mentally prepare their athletes for Worlds. The coaches especially are the kindest people in the world. Even if you switch gyms they still go out of their way to say hello and make sure you’re doing well. Lots of gyms say they’re a family but Flyers doesn’t just say it, they actually show you.
