Horrible customer service. I tried to have them refund the small remaining balance of a gift card (which is required under California law) and they refused to. The manager came out and kept telling me no. I asked them how I can do it, or if they can call someone to find out. They flat-out refused and told me I had to leave or they would call the police. I have never been treated so badly in my life.
