Recently visited with my daughter and hope she will be calling Flyer Pointe home in the fall! Staff was welcoming and friendly.
The manager Jon is friendly & helpful. He answered my question wven when the office was closed.

Flyer Pointe Apartments is the worst place I’ve ever lived. As college students moving from Georgia to Ohio, we rented a unit that was poorly repaired and misrepresented as nearly new. From day one, we've dealt with issues like incomplete maintenance requests, roaches, black mold (which is a health risk to me and my pregnant girlfriend), rude and unethical management, homeless people in the hallways, and random strangers engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior near our door (we have video proof).
