Wouldn’t recommend living here. Neighbors are noisy, anyone can walk in/walk out, consistent car break ins and stolen packages. Sometimes I would wake up with no running water. If you’re going to turn the water off at certain times of the day it would be nice if we could get a heads up:. I’ve said something about multiple times about the Consistent roach issue. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live that’s close to UD or Sinclair and in a great location, I definitely recommend Flyer Pointe Apartments!
I really like the apartment but they don’t allow pets
do not ever live here if you have to. First week you move in it’s gonna be about 10 bugs popping up EVERYDAY even if you are the cleanest person there are roaches IN THE WALLLS, the roaches cousins are in the wall (these small black bugs , that move just like them) There are holes in your cabinets , under your cabinets, in the bathroom, under the sink PLEASE LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE . and if you do have to stay here PLEASE CHECK BEHIND THE STOVE
