Perfect place for UD students. Close to everything you could ever need. I have no complaints, my apartment was clean when I moved in and I love the convenience this apartment offers. Management has been very nice and helpful

This was probably the worst place I have ever lived. Personally I think it should be shutdown. I don’t think it is safe. I think employees are the ones leaving the good reviews and I certainly feel like I was tricked into moving here. I wouldn’t live here for free. I’m think it was sewer flies that were everywhere. I saw mice. There were homeless people sleeping in front of my door. My downstairs neighbors had multiple domestic violence incidents.
