Went here for toddlers time and had a great time!
It's still a fun place to go, and the kids still have fun, but there are concerning maintenance and policy changes. In our most recent visit, we found a pad with several springs pulled out of the trampoline. I would assume these would be checked and repaired every day. Also, the having a party has gotten MUCH more expensive. We paid $150 for just a small table (not even a hanger). The teenagers working have been getting ruder and ruder. Including to children. Being a kids place you'd think they'd be friendlier.
We tried to visit for the toddler time. Their website posts 2 different times in 2 different sections of the website. We tried calling and there was a third time on the automated message and no response from the front desk. We showed up per the phone number time and the toddler time was already over and they wouldn't honor their timing. Give your business to a place that actually knows what they're doing
I’m not happy with the music selection. I have a 7 year old that doesn’t need a song talking about drinking, then another song talking about smoking! Also I see signs for no running but these kids aren’t reading that nor are the parents. The other thing is half the equipment is closed or down. Same goes with the video game machines. It’s in Fairbanks Alaska. I’m done with coming here especially paying 19 dollars I’m being robbed! Let me know when everything is functioning then I’ll spend 19 again
