The new manager of trampoline park Fairbanks is horrible. Lack of customer service. My kids has been celebrating their birthday at Fly Trampoline park because they have membership for years. Today, was the worst experience ever because of the new manager of trampoline park that don't know how to treat people. I still bring my children at the trampoline park though, just hoping that this manager will have some kindness be considerate. To the management, pls teach this manager how to deal with customer. Thanks
I’m so over this place. Been declining for years and today was the last time we will go. My kids got white peeled skin due to one of the rivets on the slide so I let the front desk know and (a teenage boy) he says ok I’ll check it out 💀 I also let him know there’s a break in the floor by the ramp you run up. Nothing. lol 19 dollars for one hour is crazy, for this nasty run down place 🤣 especially for the fact that the place is so so SO dirty.
