I've done 2 Tabata bungee classes so far. Definitely a different style of workout. Tina is friendly and very helpful. The bungee adds a fun element. Would recommend giving it a try.

I’ve been going to Fly since beginning of February (roughly 5 months) and with a combination of Bungee and at home workouts I have lost 40 pounds and have built so much lean muscle! The moves we do in each class are different and you are working different muscle groups throughout the class. You will leave sweaty, but feeling accomplished and the time passes by so quickly! I quickly became obsessed with these workouts and look forward to each class! All of the trainers (and Ian!) are extremely personable and knowledgeable. Th... read more
