I'm really not happy with this business. They advertise bikes in stock on their website but they don't have them on hand. They didn't tell me at the time of placing the order that the bike wasn't in stock only after over a week with no shipping label and me reaching out did they say they still have not received the bike from the manufacturer.
Purchased a Specialized Turbo Levo Expert Gen. 4 from Fly Rides located nearby on Kirkham Ct. in Poway, CA. I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff there were super helpful. They answered all my questions and quickly set me up for a test ride. Initial set up of the suspension was quick and easy. Received phenomenal service today, asked a thousand and one questions, I would probably hate me if I was the saleman, but they were incredibly genuinely helpful throughout my 4+ hour weekday visit. If you take a day off work like I did, you probably will have the best gosh darn day of your life like I did. Fly Rides really goes above and beyond!!! I looked these guys up on google after being ripped from ff on Amazon and having a horrible experience and had to fight with them to get my money back!!! Noah from fly rides explained everything to me on how the bike works and what type of bike would be best for all the different options I needed they also offer a free inspection with in 300 miles … Caleb went above and beyond for my free inspection. I recommend fly rides to everyone and anyone that needs a true quality E-bike
Purchased a bike from Fly Rides that was shipped it to me and received it 12 days later. The next day, I received an email about this clearance sale they are having and my ride is listed there priced at $800 less the the price I had paid. I called Noah, the salesperson that sold me my bike and he said there is nothing he could do about it and he claimed he was unaware of this marketing email I received concerning the sale.
