Received phenomenal service today, asked a thousand and one questions, I would probably hate me if I was the saleman, but they were incredibly genuinely helpful throughout my 4+ hour weekday visit. If you take a day off work like I did, you probably will have the best gosh darn day of your life like I did. Fly Rides really goes above and beyond!!! I looked these guys up on google after being ripped from ff on Amazon and having a horrible experience and had to fight with them to get my money back!!! Noah from fly rides explained everything to me on how the bike works and what type of bike would be best for all the different options I needed they also offer a free inspection with in 300 miles … Caleb went above and beyond for my free inspection. I recommend fly rides to everyone and anyone that needs a true quality E-bike

Purchased a bike from Fly Rides that was shipped it to me and received it 12 days later. The next day, I received an email about this clearance sale they are having and my ride is listed there priced at $800 less the the price I had paid. I called Noah, the salesperson that sold me my bike and he said there is nothing he could do about it and he claimed he was unaware of this marketing email I received concerning the sale. I bought my e-bike from this shop in Poway about 2 years ago (a Specialized Turbo Levo) and recently, after fully charging the e-bike, the display would not turn on. I took the bike in for diagnosis and within no time they found the issue - the battery inside the display panel had to be recharged as well. They quickly charged it up, updated the firmware, and had me on the go in no time. This is excellent customer service. They even gave me the lube for the chains. Thank you! It is very much appreciated!
