As I'm reading these somewhat negative reviews, I can relate. She does excellent work and very talented but she did the same thing to me. Originally I was told that she doesn't do Saturdays, which she did accommodate for. Then, I scheduled a day off work, to accommodate her and she texted me at 9:45pm the night before to say she was sick. So, I had to scramble to find another salon that would take me last minute since I had already scheduled off.

I didn't want to do this but this needs to be said. I’ve been going to her for nearly two years, and while she’s talented and kind, reliability has been a consistent issue. Appointments are often canceled or rescheduled last minute. I tried to be flexible, but my schedule has changed and I can’t accommodate that anymore. Most recently, I was told the day of my appointment that it was accidentally booked during her lunch hour! What about my (the customers) lunch hour which I specifically booked this for? So kind and explained everything so well. Excited to go back! It was a 5 star review. My first appointment went amazing. She then canceled the day before me and a bride were supposed to have our nails done because she was sick. Which I was absolutely understanding and we went somewhere else. Then I booked a appointment in two weeks with her to get a new set done and she canceled day before again. I can’t keep setting up appointments and taking off of work for her to cancel those appointments.

Best nail salon EVER!! Faith did my nails for my wedding and they are SO PRETTY! She was so personable and kind. Absolutely loved the conversation and her work is amazing! 10/10 experience! Go book her!
