Ive been coming now for a little over a month and taken multiple classes with different instructors and am hooked. Each instructor will challenge you in a different way and give you a full body workout every time. In one month I feel stronger and more confident in my body. I’ve also done private lessons for if you prefer one on one. Jamaica has done a great job of creating a welcoming environment for any fitness level.

I started with Fly just shy of a a year ago and the transformation I experienced far exceeds the physical aspect. I am mentally stronger than ever. Kinder, more patient and I am so, so grateful to be part of the inclusive community Jamaica and the team have created.

Love the classes and all the coaches ! You’ll always get a hard workout in but you’ll have fun doing so! Definitely recommend !!

This place is the best, the teachers are awesome, and there is a variety of classes, from beginner to more advanced levels, technical mitt classes or great workouts on heavy bags (with a fun scoring system, which you can keep track of in a dedicated app). And icing on the cake, it's in Stanley marketplace, which means you have a ton of food options after the class :) I'm really grateful I stumbled upon this place randomly (I'm a complete beginner BTW).
