Great kickboxing class with Jamaica Cooke! She is a real warrior and an excellent instructor. Her energy, passion, and encouragement made the workout both challenging and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!
Incredible total body workout! My instructor Jamaica brings the energy and the music hypes you up. She combines the bag with weights, bands and floor exercises to wake up every muscle. Definitely coming back!
