As a Travel Agent , I would love to see this Airline succeed because of the quality of product they envisioned and intended to deliver to the Caribbean travelers. They offer 2 pieces of luggage, hot meals, and friendly/courteous service on most of their flights. However, they seems to be a little fragile during times of testings. I believe as they grow in the industry, that they would get better.... hopefully..
