I couldn't be more proud of my wife! Coming up here from Chicago isn't easy and I'm sure it was a whole different cultural change exclamation. Ive watched show cultivate a community of empowering women and build a supportive community for people of all ages and backgrounds! I can't wait to celebrate her four year anniversary this year!
I have never found a more empowering or encouraging fitness studio. All the members and instructors are so friendly and create workouts for any fitness level. The owner is so inspiring and positive that I always love going to her classes. I highly recommend FlyGirl to anyone wanting to start or continue on their fitness journey!
