Que basura tenia mi vuelo programas de 3 dias de anticipación y estaba haciendo el ckekin online y me lo cancelaron por supuesto fraude en el pago fui al bamco y estaba todo normal llame a la aerolínea y debo esperar 21 dias para el reembolso
I cannot believe the customer service here. The check in attendants refusing to check someone in after they paid for their flight essentially making them late because the CUSTOMER didn’t want to pay an attendant fee is beyond ridiculous.
